This application is currently in a testing phase (beta version) and is provided to users “as is” solely for preview and trial purposes.

The application owner does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or stable operation of the service;

• completeness, accuracy, preservation, or security of any data entered or processed in the application;

• that the application’s functionality will meet the user’s expectations.

By using this application, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

• they are using the application voluntarily and at their own risk;

• the application owner bears no responsibility for any failures, data loss, incompatibilities, errors, or any other consequences arising from the use of the application;

• this application is not intended for permanent storage or processing of critical or confidential information.

This notice is issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, and other applicable legal acts. Use of the application constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms by the user.

• To use the features of the Application, authorization through the Apple ID account is required.

• The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• The User is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account and all actions performed through it.

The User has the right to:

• use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose;

• edit their data, receive information about themselves, request data deletion;

• purchase the paid subscription “Status Pro”.

The User undertakes to:

• not violate the rights of other users;

• not post false or misleading information;

• not use the Application for illegal purposes.

We have the right to:

• suspend or restrict the User’s access in case of violation of the Agreement;

• modify the functionality of the Application without prior notice;

• make changes to the Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

We undertake to:

• ensure proper operation of the Application;

• protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• The Application offers the option to purchase a paid subscription through the App Store.

• All payments are processed via Apple. We do not store or process your card data.

• The subscription is automatically renewed unless manually canceled in the Apple ID settings.

• The subscription terms and pricing are specified in the Application.

• Refunds are subject only to Apple’s refund policy.

We are not liable for:

• temporary failures or interruptions in the operation of the Application;

• actions of third parties, including app stores;

• consequences of the User’s errors when using the Application.

The Application is provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.

All rights to texts, logos, design, source code, and other elements of the Application belong to the Administration or the respective rights holders. Any copying or use without permission is prohibited.

The User may stop using the Application at any time. In doing so, they have the right to request the deletion of their account and all personal data by contacting support@koni.kz.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible, in court at the place of registration of the Administration.

• Continued use of the Application after changes to the Agreement constitutes the User’s consent to the new version.

• The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website koni.kz and in the Application.
